www.undergroundwellness.com Sean Croxton of Underground Wellness discuss the benefits of eating organic foods. There’s a world of difference between organic and commercial produce. For a more detailed explanation, read Under The Veil of Deception available at www.chekinstitute.com. You may also order a great DVD by Paul Chek from www.ppnf. Be sure to watch Aaron Lucich’s short movie on soil and agriculture at www.wearewhatweeatthemovie.com.

The nutritional value is not the same. Yes, studies have shown that they are.

BUT these studies are funded by commercial farmers who PAY the scientists to get the results they want!
Don’t listen to these so called “studies” unless you know where the money came from to run them. Mother nature is not an idiot. Nomatter how hard we try to go against nature, it will always come back to bite us in the ass.
    ORGANIC IS BETTER.

  2. Fight4Privacy says:

    Organic tastes so much better.

  3. mbleek2001 says:

Natural is the way to go…but what can we do in this profit driven capitalist country we live, they will sell you poison to make a profit. We need a system change.

  4. xanibars says:

seriously, who’s going to listen to this guy? He has no knowledge of anything! Just look at him, skinny bald head looking crackhead. I rather listen to someone thats ripped up for nutritional info.

  5. ZionSamurai87 says:

organic is non gmo. Thats hell of enough reason right there… Google, GM corn causes infertility and organ failure…

  6. ronbos60 says:

the soil dictates the nutritional content of the plant!!!

  7. flubno says:

I had an organic garden last summer. You can’t tell me that those tomatoes I grew with the deep red and purple coloring have the same nutritional value as those sorry pink tomatoes in the super market ? I don’t see how that can be possible.

  8. stangg79 says:

I remember when the “organic” craze started to take off. Back then people knew that organic meant that the food was grown using no harmful pesticides etc.

The choice to go for organic is basically one where by you’re trying to help minimise the amount of run-off and general build up of these chemicals in our environment (river systems, ground water etc). Poisons wont discriminate, and kill bad and good insects, animals etc.

The nutritional value has been proven to be the same.

  9. brushfour says:

I understand the arguments. Some suggest that Organic is more nutritional. Regular produce is not less safe then organic and not lower in nutrition then organic. The premise of organic farming as it relates to pesticides is false and always has been. There are NO added health benefits to organic and no heatlh dangers from regular produce that don’t also exist in organically grown food. There is not one shred of evidence to prove there is any difference between regular produce and organic.

  10. 00Mandingo00 says:

You are confusing nutritional content with chemical content. If I took two tomatoes from the same plant they’d have the same nutritional value whether or not one of them was covered in DDT and fertilizers. People don’t buy organic to get “more nutrition” they buy it to get LESS chemical. I’d much rather eat a pig from a farm than a pig from Cargill or Swift. Same with Chicken and beef. Small, local, farmers always have better, healthier product that isn’t fed GMO corn and soy.

  11. 00Mandingo00 says:

I’m in the entertainment industry. I don’t need a masters and I still make quite a bit more than you. We’re recession proof too. I had to shoot you down, you couldn’t stop patting yourself on the back.

  12. CPDCFD says:

Well, I guess at 31 years old you know it all. I work for a neurology surgeon in Chicago, at 140k a year I am too expensive to change bed pans. Please don’t waste your time getting a masters, your too smart for that. And what do you known about the CDC, i’ve been dealing with them for years; how about you generation X. Also, good luck in the job market, YOU will need it. What’s up with the bed pan comment when people are having a intelligent debate here? Now go play with your PS3 tough guy.

  13. 00Mandingo00 says:

You should look at who funds those “major studies”. Major studies cost a lot of money. companies like Cargill have a lot of money to make these “major studies” come out any way they want.

  14. 00Mandingo00 says:

The health care industry is not run by Obama. The CDC would have done the same thing if Bush was in office and i’m sure you wouldn’t be calling it silly names THEN. Not EVERY issue is a partisan issue. Why does one need a masters in nursing? Is changing bed pans that complicated?

  15. 00Mandingo00 says:

That’s why you buy it from local farmers at a farmers market. I never trust what comes from a supermarket. There are only four suppliers that supply all the meat for EVERY market (Trader joe’s included) and they ALL use antibiotics and other chemicals on their livestock.

  16. Quranite says:

Not to hate, but bacteria and fungi ARE microorganisms. Microrhyzzae are a type of fungi that form a sybiotic relationship with plant roots, and look at EM, a consortium of lactobacillus, yeast, phototrophic bacteria etc. So microoorgnisms include the thousands upon thousands of different strains of bacteria, yeast and fungi. But you are right the healthier the soil the more microorganisms, and the more diverse the microorganisms. If you spray, they die. So your premise is correct. Thanks.

  17. brushfour says:

I’m not close minded, I just don’t have a hole in my head. Sean’s been proven wrong by EVERY major study done on Organic food, yet he persists with this nonsense no matter what good research concludes. They are close minded to anything but this belief, they will hear nothing else, and will fill in the gaps with a fantasy world of government conspiracy when all else fails. The Organic food movement is one of the greatest Flim-Flams of our time.

  18. chasyn412 says:

it’s truly amazing how people troll internet forums and video hosting sites like youtube to spout their beliefs on someone else’s video. I particularly find it funny how most of the people come to this page looking for answers, or at the very least a general idea of how to stay healthy, yet when they disagree they close their mind and completely shut out any possibility that this man (who dedicates his time to help out those with questions, whether he’s right or not) is right.

  19. CPDCFD says:

Those OLD WORN DOWN people are 110 years old or 40 year olds who have been abusing there system for years. HAhahah. Anyways, I dont wish anyone bad health just lets stay informed and admit the food industry adds garbage to our food for THERE profits NOT our health. That is all.

  20. ramill0558 says:

  21. brushfour says:

“Just take the meds.” What meds? I don’t take meds..aspirin…nothing. In my medicine cabinet I have toothpaste, a tooth brush and about 4 other things. No cold medicine, no prescriptions…zippo! I literally CANNOT remember the last time I got sick. I’m going to take a wild guess and say I had a bad cold in…..1996? I’ve never spent a day in the hospital in my life. I pick up my bread at the Whole Foods market or Trader Joe’s. Oddly enough, most of the people there look old and worn down.

  22. burbank57 says:

Oh, God, are we ALL stupid? Never trust a person (including me) making a comment on a youtube page.
Odds are they are paid as sock puppets to defend the common propaganda (like, you “have to eat 3 meals a day or something horrible will happen to you”)

Everyone’s body and system is a little bit unique.
Making general statements, in a condescending tone, especially when it is supposed to sound “wholesome and sensible”, is just as scary as the Big Gov Conspire Buffs. Neither side listens.

  23. CPDCFD says:

Thanks for pointing out that I am dumb, I guess a Masters in Nursing means nothing to you, Doctor? By the way no signs of layoff in my industry, I guess I am even dumber now. Hey, did you get the H1N1 Shot too, 500,000 vials already recalled by OBAMACARE. Do some more research and yes I work in the healthcare industry, I have seen a lot, but hey dont believe the “conspiracy fairyland” just take the meds these doctors give you and enjoy yourself. THANKS for the job security, dummy.

  24. brushfour says:

NEVER TRUST BIG GOVERNMENT CONSPIRACY BUFFS! This is always a line of thinking taken by the poorly educated. Sean C has no credentials to be speaking on ANY of this, but he doesn’t let that stop him. The organic food movement is a trendy myth. You’re letting your politics get in the way of clear thinking. Organic food is BIG BUSINESS. Most of it is being grown by the same big companies that sell conventional produce, but are able to sell it for higher prices to suckers like you. Good luck dummy.

  25. brushfour says:

Sorry guys, you are incorrect. Organic food and the whole organic food industry is NOT producing healthier people. The science behind organic foods has always been hazy. It’s always been a bit of a flim flam. One major study after another has proven NO health benefits from Organic. When you guys are challenged on that you retreat into the government consipiracy fairlyland. Evidence is NOT on your side. If it was I would have gone completely organic YEARS ago.
